The apartments
The magnificent main house was built in 1836 and has four floors.
There are a total of eight individually designed apartments between approx. 45 and 60 sqm, some equipped with modern fitted kitchens.
All apartments are currently let.
The studios
In the lovingly restored side building from 1920, four fully furnished and equipped studios are available for rents of between six months and three years. The one-room studios Lisette and Spirwes (both approx. 32 sqm) will be available for rent from the end of 2024. In 2025, the studios Datterich (three rooms, approx. 54 sqm) and Evchen (two rooms, approx. 32 sqm) will be added.
