The apartments

The mag­nif­i­cent front build­ing was built in 1836 and extends over four res­i­den­tial floors. There are a total of eight indi­vid­u­al­ly designed apart­ments between approx. 45 and 60 sqm, some equipped with mod­ern fit­ted kitchens.

All apart­ments are cur­rent­ly let.

The studios

In the lov­ing­ly restored side build­ing from 1920, four ful­ly fur­nished and equipped stu­dios are avail­able for rent peri­ods between six months and three years. The one-room stu­dios Lisette and Spir­wes (both approx­i­mate­ly 32 square meters) have been rent­ed out since the end of 2024. In 2025, the stu­dios Dat­terich (three rooms, approx­i­mate­ly 54 square meters) and Evchen (two rooms, approx­i­mate­ly 32 square meters) were added.
