Studio 1.3 “Lisette”

Wel­come to Stu­dio “Lisette”, your charm­ing retreat on the ground floor of the his­toric annex build­ing from 1920. Approx­i­mate­ly 32 square meters await you with two har­mo­nious­ly con­nect­ed rooms: an invit­ing kitchen with a mod­ern fit­ted kitchen and din­ing area, as well as a cozy liv­ing and bed­room, equipped with a com­fort­able uphol­stered bed, a spa­cious cor­ner wardrobe, a com­fort­able sofa, and a func­tion­al work­space with a desk and stor­age space. A styl­ish chest of draw­ers and a mod­ern smart TV com­plete the ambiance. Par­tic­u­lar­ly note­wor­thy is the lov­ing­ly restored orig­i­nal nat­ur­al stone wall, which gives the stu­dio its unique char­ac­ter. Enjoy fast inter­net with 500 Mbit/​s via WiFi, avail­able through­out the entire stu­dio. The bath­room is equipped with a show­er, toi­let, and a sink with a mir­ror cab­i­net and van­i­ty unit.

Living and sleeping area

In the liv­ing and sleep­ing area, there is a com­fort­able uphol­stered bed (160 x 200 cm) with an ortho­pe­dic mat­tress and a prac­ti­cal stor­age com­part­ment for bed­ding. Oppo­site, you’ll find a work­space with a cor­ner desk, side­board, and pin­board. The cor­ner wardrobe fea­tures a large mir­ror, draw­ers, com­part­ments, and a clothes rail with hang­ers. Above the chic chest of draw­ers is a Philips Smart TV with Ambi­light light­ing, best enjoyed from the ele­gant sofa oppo­site. Bed­ding and bed linen for two peo­ple are pro­vid­ed.

Kitchen

The kitchen is ful­ly equipped with fridge and freez­er, ceram­ic hob and oven, sink and dish­wash­er. Cof­fee machine, ket­tle and a full set of crock­ery, cut­lery, juice and wine glass­es for six peo­ple are avail­able, as well as pots, pans, bowls, kitchen uten­sils and kitchen tow­els.

Bathroom

The bath­room has a show­er with ther­mo­sta­t­ic con­trol, toi­let, wash­basin with illu­mi­nat­ed upper and low­er cab­i­net and a tow­el radi­a­tor. The hot water is gen­er­at­ed eco­nom­i­cal­ly via an elec­tron­ic instan­ta­neous water heater and is imme­di­ate­ly avail­able at any time. Hand and show­er tow­els as well as bath mats are avail­able.

Hallway

In the hall­way there is the wardrobe, above it a spa­cious stor­age com­part­ment for every­thing you don’t need every day and a high din­ing area, which can also be used as an addi­tion­al work­place.

Common areas

All stu­dios togeth­er have a wash­ing machine room with washing/​drying com­bi­na­tion, a util­i­ty room with clean­ing uten­sils and vac­u­um clean­er, as well as access to the court­yard with a large chest­nut tree, a beau­ti­ful green area with gar­den fur­ni­ture and a lock­able bicy­cle shed for com­mon use.
